Senior Internal Communications Associate

Supporting the development and execution of strategic internal communications, the remote Senior Internal Communications Associate will partner with the Communications Director to manage editorial planning, content creation, and employee engagement initiatives while ensuring clear and consistent messaging across various internal platforms.
Key responsibilities

Develop internal communication objectives and strategies that align with business goals
Plan and manage an internal editorial calendar, coordinating content deadlines and stakeholder involvement
Write and publish content across internal channels, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment

Required qualifications

5-8 years of experience in internal communications or related fields
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related area
Experience managing editorial calendars and communication requests within a B2B organization
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Familiarity with intranet platforms and web-based content management
