Driven. Strategic. Strong closer. Bathrooms of Charleston is hiring a Sales Manager for our growing one-day bath division. This role combines in-home sales with leadership responsibilities overseeing canvassing, event marketing, and lead generation activities.
About Bathrooms of Charleston We help homeowners upgrade their bathrooms through one-day bath transformations and full custom renovations. Our team values professionalism, craftsmanship, and clear communication.
What You'll Do Conduct in-home consultations and provide estimates
Oversee and motivate the canvassing team
Support marketing events, including managing event booths
Track sales performance, lead activity, and appointment outcomes
Work closely with ownership to develop growth strategies
Availability to work Saturdays as needed
What You Bring Previous in-home or outside sales experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams
Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation for local travel
