Soccer Shots Brevard is looking for someone to lead our fun at Schools and Parks across Brevard County!
We're not talking Animal House fun... we're talking more Lionel Messi when the final whistle blew at the World Cup fun!

(Except with children 2-7)
Now this isn't just for anyyyybody.

We deal with kids, so you have to be a little silly, be SUPER reliable for the kids, and have GREAT abilities to communicate in lots of different ways: in person, text, email, phone (yes, people still talk over the phone…occasionally).
If you have some experience working with adult (parents in particular), are

highly

organized, good at problem solving, and working both in a group but also independently - then you may be AWESOME at this.. we're not looking for ok, or good!

Some details:

-this is a Full Time job with a 40 hour work week

-there is weekly local travel involved (this is NOT just a desk job), checking in at our schools and park programs.

Getting to visit and talk with

lots

of different people should sound like fun!

If not, don’t continue..

-starting pay is $40K base with an additional seasonal bonus structure based on GROWTH

-There is a

minimum

of 3 days in office

-1/2 day requirements on weekends both Saturday and Sunday (9-1, at worst), with one full weekday off to offset plus either 2 half weekdays or a second full weekday, depending on needs of the program and personal preference

-10 PTO days/yr after completing trial period

-14 paid holiday days/yr

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
