Responsibilities In the role of Marketing Services Manager, partner with the Area Marketing Manager to streamline marketing processes, oversee monthly performance reporting, and ensure balanced workload distribution across the team
Manage and guide marketing and proposal coordinators in developing and delivering high-quality proposals and presentations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards
Collaborate with the Area Marketing Manager to plan and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth within the Business Class segment and strengthen cross-sector programs
Lead select complex local pursuits from strategy through submission, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving successful, competitive outcomes
Develop and deliver marketing-related trainings for marketing staff and project managers/technical staff to elevate team capabilities and consistency
Oversee internal and external communications, including project wins, new hires, and firm or project spotlights, ensuring timely and impactful messaging
Support departments by providing standardized marketing materials, presentations, resumes, and project data, including histories and visuals
Partner with Proposal Managers to manage proposal schedules and ensure all components (technical content, staff qualifications, resumes, compliance forms, and contractual elements) are accurately developed and delivered on time
Provide marketing leadership and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives and evolving organizational priorities
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry’s standard approach to procurement of professional services
Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
Required Qualifications A minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
Demonstrated a self-starter with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry’s standard approach to procurement of professional services
Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
Demonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industry
Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
