Production Technician

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Technician (Balancing) to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

$23.96 - $26.62/hr

What's the Job?

Operate production equipment to manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products

Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to meet precise tolerances

Perform balancing tasks and ensure product accuracy and quality standards

Use computer systems to track production data and document processes

Follow safety, quality, and operational guidelines in a regulated environment

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED

2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or related field

Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints

Strong attention to fine detail and accuracy

Ability to stand for extended periods and use computer systems
