What you'll do:
Make outbound calls to identify client's needs and respond with superior service and resolution.
Ability to understand client's objectives and challenges and align our services to accomplish their goals via phone, email, and SMS communication.
Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal.
Utilize our in-house CRM System and work the pipeline of inbound clients.
Track goals, metrics, and performance of the process and regularly provide feedback and make suggestions for improvement.
What you'll bring:
2+ years' experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Commitment to a high standard of integrity and working in a team environment.

Ability to succinctly explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate the best deal to maximize profitability.
A genuine interest/background in the real estate industry and excited to be part of something that's going to change the real estate space.
Self-motivated with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Demonstrate the ability to use strategic selling skills.
Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent.
Excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive.
Scheduling flexibility is required as some shifts require holidays, late evening, or weekend hours.

Working conditions:
Hours may vary as we are open from 9 am EST through 9 pm EST. Weekends are also possible as we are operating seven days a week. Position requires prolonged standing or sitting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
