Front End Developer

A growing technology organization is seeking a Front End Developer to join its on-site engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on front-end development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who enjoys working across the stack and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications and services
Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
Develop backend services and APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Stay current with emerging technologies and tools
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js)
Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Go, PHP, etc.)
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
Experience using version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience working in a fast-paced or agency-style environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision benefits provided
Work Environment
Full-time, onsite role (5 days/week)
