Key Responsibilities
Design and develop

AEM Forms solutions

including Adaptive Forms, XFA forms, and Form Data Models
Build and customize

AEM components, templates, and workflows
Develop

OSGi services, Sling Models, and RESTful APIs

for AEM integrations
Implement

form workflows , approvals, and automation using AEM Forms Workflow
Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, databases, APIs)
Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of AEM applications
Work with front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) for form customization
Participate in

code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues
Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms
Expertise in

Adaptive Forms, XFA Forms, and AEM Workflows
Proficiency in

Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, and JCR
Experience with

REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of

HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and client-side scripting
Experience with

version control tools (Git)

and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of

AEM architecture and deployment models (Cloud/On-Prem)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
