We would love to meet you! We are hiring Certified Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, BXMO Technicians, and Medical Receptionists.
Location: TGH Urgent Care 19027 Wingshooter Way Lutz, FL 33558
Time: 9:30am to 1:30pm

Requirements
BXMO Technician: The BXMO Technician is responsible for performing diagnostic x-ray procedures while also fulfilling mid-office administrative and operational duties.
Medical Receptionist: The Medical Receptionist is responsible for interacting with patients in a healthcare setting and managing administrative tasks for the clinical team. As the initial point of contact for patients, they are crucial in creating a positive experience and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.
Certified Medical Assistant and Licensed Practical Nurse: The CMA/LPN position provides professional clinical care for patients following established standards and practices. They assist patients before, during, and after the visit with compassion and empathy.
CMA/LPN Job Responsibilities:
Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
Prepare, restock, and sterilize examination rooms, procedure rooms, lab area, and all other patient care areas per established policies and procedures
Accompany patients to examination or treatment room, measure and record vital signs, review patient's medical history, update information and changes in medical history as needed, and prepare them for examination or treatment
Assist Providers during treatment/procedures, examinations, and testing of patients
Where applicable, clean wounds, draw labs, complete electrocardiograms, and apply dressings and splints perform phlebotomy, injections, and other specimen collection per established policies and procedures as directed by the Provider
Administer vaccines, immunizations, and medications prescribed by the Provider; lab work may consist of throat cultures, hematocrits, and urinalysis, among others
Educate patients by providing information and instructions as directed by the provider; ensure patient's understanding of care instructions and wellness plan
Perform front office duties: checking in patient, confirming patient demographics and insurance verifications
Education and Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
CMA's: Hold an active Medical Assistant certification and CPR/BLS certification
X - Ray Techs: Hold an active BXMO certification and CPR/BLS certification
LPN's: Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse certification and CPR/BLS certification
Experience with EPIC, strongly preferred
Working knowledge of medical terminology, strongly preferred
Work Schedule and Travel:
40-hour work week with 3 x 12-hour shifts and 1x 6-hour shift
Every other weekend shift, Saturday and Sunday, required
Reliable transportation required
Mileage reimbursement available for eligible business travel program
May require traveling to clinic locations outside preferred region during training
Overtime hour availability based on patient volume and clinic need
