The Role
Seeking a hands‑on, commercially driven CEO to lead growth, professionalize operations, and scale a disciplined go‑to‑market engine. This leader will partner closely with the Board to drive ARR expansion, optimize pricing/packaging, and execute on strategic initiatives including product evolution and potential M&A.
What You Bring
- Proven leadership of a vertical SaaS business (CEO/President/GM)
- Strong public sector GTM experience (state/local gov)
- Track record scaling $15M–$40M ARR businesses
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing, and recurring revenue models
