Request for Transportation Camera System Services
South Central Community Action Agency, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving our community through transportation, utility assistance, home weatherization, and other essential programs, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide advanced camera and fleet management systems for our transportation program.
We invite licensed and experienced vendors to submit proposals for a comprehensive vehicle camera system designed to enhance safety, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Proposed System Features Should Include:
• Cloud-based platform with the ability to access and retrieve video footage at any time
• Forward- and rear-facing cameras for full vehicle coverage
• Forward, rear, and exit-facing cameras for wheelchair lift monitoring
• Seatbelt monitoring alerts for both drivers and passengers
• Crash and reckless driving alerts to improve driver safety
• Vehicle maintenance tracking and record management
• Driver safety monitoring and training record management
• Capability to generate and print maintenance and driver performance reports
Vendors must demonstrate experience working with nonprofit organizations and provide systems that meet high standards of reliability and compliance.
