David Rives Ministries is seeking a full-time Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This versatile role provides vital support to both administrative operations and marketing initiatives in a fast-paced ministry environment. The ideal candidate will assist the President, Operations Manager, and Marketing Director with professionalism, excellence, and a servant-hearted attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership and department managers
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Professionally handle emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact management systems
Support internal communications, follow-up tasks, and project coordination
Organize files, documents, reports, and office systems
Assist with planning and logistics for events, meetings, and ministry functions
Marketing & Communications Support
Write email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact (newsletters, promotional emails, scheduling, distribution, and other similar tasks)
Support press releases, media outreach, and publicity efforts
Conduct outreach and promotional activities with local hotels, tourism partners, schools, and community organizations
Help coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Assist with content organization, proofreading, and preparation of communication materials
Support social media and video scheduling as needed
Pull analytics and generate reports/spreadsheets from web, social, CRM, and other platforms
Manage keywords and tags across platforms
Qualifications

Preferred Traits
Minimum 1 year of professional administrative assistant experience
Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms
Marketing, campaign, or digital advertising experience is a plus
