We're looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Content Specialist to join our growing swimwear brand. This role is perfect for someone who doesn't just execute content ideas—but brings fresh concepts to the table and has the skills to bring them to life from start to finish.
*Minimum 2 years of full-time, in-office social media or marketing experience required.*
What You'll Do:
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Film, edit, and publish founder-focused content
- Develop and execute creative content concepts that align with the brand
- Produce flat lay videos, product-focused content, behind-the-scenes footage, and trend-driven social content
- Capture and edit high-quality videos optimized for social media performance
- Manage content posting schedules and ensure consistent brand presence
- Stay on top of social media trends, sounds, and platform updates
- Collaborate closely with the founder
