ESLE Inc. is hiring Seasonal Commercial Electricians for a multi-month prevailing wage LED lighting retrofit project in the San Diego area. This position involves second shift
ight work performing commercial lighting upgrades and full lighting controls installation in active commercial environments. Responsibilities:
LED fixture retrofitting and replacement
Installation and troubleshooting of lighting control systems
Running and terminating electrical wiring
Reading electrical plans and layouts
Maintaining safe and professional jobsite practices
Requirements:
Valid electrical certification/card required
Commercial electrical experience required
Experience with lighting retrofits and controls preferred
Ability to work night/second shift schedules
Reliable transportation and standard electrical tools
Knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical standards
Compensation & Schedule:
Local prevailing wage project
Multi-month seasonal position
Consistent full-time hours available
