Communications Rep Staff

Description
You will be the Communications Rep Staff for the MFC Transformation / 1LMX Communications team. Our team supports enterprise-wide communications, including leading Model Based Enterprise, Digital Command Center, Transformation and IT communications across multiple functions and programs.

Responsibilities
As the Communications Rep Staff you will be responsible for delivering executive-level communications support and shaping clear, compelling internal messaging.

Provide executive communications support to the MFC CIO and the CIO’s Program Education team.

Build relationships and translate technical concepts, training initiatives, and change‑management activities into clear messaging.

Lead Model Based Enterprise and Digital Command Center communications efforts.

Support transformation and IT communications across multiple functions and programs.

Partner with communicators across the business to drive organizational‑design messaging.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Strong writing, editing and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways

Previous strategic communications experience managing multiple projects

Experience leading projects and/or project teams

Desired Skills:

Motivated self-starter who performs without appreciable direction and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines

Quick study with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency

Dependable to ensure the accuracy and quality of content with minimal supervision

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Strategic application of A.I. tools and processes

Schedule
Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
