Graphic Designer

Job Summary
The temporary Graphic Designer supports the College of Nursing’s communications and marketing initiatives through the design and production of print and digital materials for recruitment, events, academic programs, publications, and advancement efforts. The position develops visually engaging, brand‑compliant creative assets and assists with print production coordination.

Responsibilities
Design print and digital marketing materials; maintain brand‑consistent creative assets for recruitment, events, faculty engagement, alumni relations; coordinate print production; prepare files for production; communicate with University Printing Services and external vendors; ensure timely delivery of high‑quality printed materials; manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience designing print and digital marketing materials.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Knowledge of print production processes and experience coordinating with printing vendors.
