Cloud 9 Roofing is expanding our Kansas City team and hiring a Field Marketing Manager to lead a group of entry‐level field marketers. Your team will speak with homeowners, share information about our services, and schedule free home inspections.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching, motivating people, and building a strong team culture. What You’ll Do
Lead and coach a team of Field Marketing Specialists
Train new hires on communication and appointment‐setting
Provide daily ride‐along coaching and support
Track team KPIs: conversations, leads, and scheduled inspections
Maintain a positive, high‐energy team environment
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure high‐quality appointments
Assist with recruiting and onboarding as the team grows What We’re Looking For
Leadership or team‐lead experience (any industry)
Strong communication and people‐development skills
Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
Comfortable working outdoors and leading from the front
Reliable, organized, and coachable
