We’re looking to add to our strong pool of freelance Producers with experience in business meetings and live events to help bring business meeting and events to life for various client projects. Producers will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create solutions and deliver the project on time and on-budget, ensuring the creative approach stays focused and consistent with project’s intent and client objectives. The Producer also manages all facets of the business meeting, including all necessary resources to deliver an engaging and memorable event.

Create strategic solutions that address the client’s needs and sell-in to the client.
Collaborate with client account teams, creative directors, and technical directors, work with creative and account team to develop approach and strategy.
Develop a positive working relationship with team members to bring out the best in people, creating strong morale and spirit and driving innovation throughout the project teams.
Develop proactive solutions and drive team members to deliver the project on time and on-budget and ensure the creative approach stays focused and consistent with the project’s strategic intent and client’s objectives.
Identify and negotiate with external and internal resources to manage all necessary resources (i.e. freelancers, production vendors, and resources in multiple locations).
Develop budgets starting at $100,000 and up, tracking costs and managing the profitability of each project assigned.
Manage all facets of Business Meetings, Live Event, and Video production projects from creative development through execution.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as communications, theater, design, fine arts, or business.
Minimum of 5 years progressive experience as a Lead Producer of Live Show Producer experiences.
Experience with productions ranging from simple ballroom to convention/arena scale events with an awareness of related technical elements.
Experience working with C-level executives and high-profile stakeholders.
Thorough knowledge of video, staging, live acts, multimedia, and brand experiences.
Experienced problem-solving skills relating to client needs and budget challenges.
Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
General knowledge of CAD Drawings.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
Tradeshow, exhibits, or other live event experience.
Special certifications in meeting planning or PR.
Background in live television, live events or live activations will be considered.
Physical Demands (refer to Addendum):
Ability to work in an office environment doing sedentary work
