JOB DETAILS
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is ready to get hands‑on, take ownership, and help turn strategy into campaigns that actually land. This is not a passive support role - you will be building, executing, measuring, and improving marketing activity across multiple channels, with real visibility of impact on pipeline and growth.
What you will be doing
Campaign execution and ownership
Take responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns from planning through to completion, working closely with the Marketing Manager
Build and run multi‑channel campaigns across email, social, direct marketing, PR, and events
Ensure campaigns are structured properly with clear targeting, messaging, timelines, and follow‑ups
Work with internal teams and external partners to keep delivery moving at pace and to a high standard
HubSpot ownership
Own HubSpot as a core campaign delivery tool
Build and send marketing emails and nurture journeys
Create workflows, automation, and segmented campaign lists
Track performance and produce clear campaign reporting and insight
Social media and content
Manage organic and campaign‑led social media activity
Coordinate content schedules and ensure messaging stays consistent across channels
Support event promotion and live updates where required
Events support
Support planning and delivery of internal and external events alongside the Events Manager
Manage logistics such as registrations, guest lists, and communications
Contribute to follow‑up campaigns to maximise event impact
PR and internal communications
Support PR coordination, tracking, and administration
Assist with internal communications such as announcements and intranet updates
Help ensure messaging is aligned across internal and external audiences
Agency and partner collaboration
Work closely with specialist partners including agencies across digital, creative, SEO, and events
Support briefing, execution, and campaign delivery alongside external experts
Help bring campaigns and experiences to life, from customer events through to incentive programmes
Operational support
Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Track tasks, ensure follow‑through, and support wider marketing operations
A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five‑day working week
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Previous experience in a marketing or campaign‑focused role, or a strong graduate with relevant placement experience
Confidence working across multiple marketing channels
Experience with CRM or marketing platforms, HubSpot preferred
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
What matters here is mindset as much as experience. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility for delivery, not just assisting with it.
This is a role where you will learn quickly. You will be exposed to high‑quality agency partners, complex multi‑channel campaigns, and real commercial outcomes. If you want a role where you can build end‑to‑end marketing capability rather than staying in one narrow lane, this is a strong place to do that.
It is fast, it is varied, and it rewards people who like turning ideas into something tangible.
We value candidates with AI literacy – individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward‑thinking business.
BENEFITS
Flexible working options
33 days holiday including bank holidays
Enhanced family friendly benefits (maternity, adoption, paternity and IVF)
2 paid days off per year for voluntary work to support our local communities
Staff Reward Scheme
Life assurance 4 x salary
