Your Responsibilities
Identify potential healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform along with your personal network
Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations
Follow up with leads to uphold interest and guide their hiring journey
Keep meticulous and updated records in our applicant tracking system
Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure
