Our client, a leading organization in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a Digital Specialist I to join their team. As a Digital Specialist I, you will be part of the Digital Content team supporting marketing and creative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Lead the creation of 3D Packshots and Textures for use across omni-platforms, ensuring high-quality visual assets.

Manage and coordinate the development of ECOM creator videos, including tutorials and how-to content, from concept to delivery.

Collaborate with marketing teams, digital partners, and external agencies to develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely asset delivery.

Assess digital renderings for color accuracy, ensuring shades and textures accurately represent real-life products.

Oversee asset management processes, including tagging, uploading, and organizing digital assets within the system.

What's Needed?

1-2 years of relevant professional experience in digital content creation, project management, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.

Deep understanding of color complexities within cosmetics categories, including textures and shades.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
