This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual who is excited to contribute to the continued growth of our organization./ppThis is a full-time, hourly position on-site at our newest office in Wynwood, the Inter Miami CF Sales Experience Center./ppAs the Account Executive, Group Sales, you will:/pulliProspect, establish, research, and close group sales leads through cold-calling, appointments, and networking./liliMeet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and prospecting goals./liliMaintain a high level of customer service and engagement./liliParticipate in various sales, team, and community events as assigned./liliRepresent the organization at networking events to promote group sales initiatives./liliPlay an active role in the Inter Miami CF game day experience./liliMaintain accurate records in support of sales efforts as defined by the organization./liliDevelop and build group events and themes./liliPerform all other responsibilities as required./li/ulpRequirements/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred./liliMinimum of 1-2 years of related experience working in professional or collegiate sports preferred./liliHighly proactive, goal-oriented, and motivated with a positive attitude./liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing great customer service./liliAbility to manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment./liliStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail./liliTeam player with a get the job done attitude and a strong work ethic./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook./liliAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays./liliExperience with Archtics
