The team
The financial and banking regulation team at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris consists of 1 partner and 3 associates.
It mainly operates in the field of banking and financial regulation: rules applicable to regulated institutions (granting and withdrawal of approval, exemptions, prudential obligations, fight against money laundering and financing of terrorism, etc.), to the provision of banking services, payment services, investment services, to the management of electronic money, digital assets, bank resolution, derivatives, securities financing transactions, etc.
The internship offered
Missions
In the context of the proposed internship, interns will be particularly involved in conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, legal consultations and contracts, either in French or English, participating in negotiation meetings and, more generally, assisting the team in the daily management of its files.
Profile
Law student or trainee lawyer in master 2 in banking and financial law, or more generally in business law, whose training is if possible complemented by a double degree (business school, IEP, Anglo-Saxon university, etc.). Interns must have solid knowledge of banking and financial regulation. Proficiency in English is imperative.
