We are looking for a trainee from July to December 2027 (6 months) within our Corporate Department - Natural Resources, Energy, Development and Infrastructure Financing Projects Team.
THE TEAM
The Natural Resources, Energy, Development and Infrastructure Financing Projects Team at Norton Rose Fulbright Paris consists of 1 partner and 1 associate.
The team primarily advises actors in the extractive industries (producers, traders and banks) operating in French-speaking Africa on all their operations, including corporate (acquisition/disposals of assets or companies, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, etc.), financing and regulatory/permitting.
THE INTERNSHIP OFFERED
Missions
As part of the proposed internship, the trainee will be able to carry out legal research, write legal consultations, draft contracts, either in French or English, participate in audits and, more generally, assist colleagues and partners in the daily management of their cases.
Profile
Law student or master's 2 student specialized in business law. The trainee must have solid legal knowledge complemented, if necessary, by a double degree (IEP, Anglo-Saxon university). Fluency in English is imperative both written and spoken.
