Account Executive – Responsibilities

As an Account Executive at iHeart, you will learn our Broadcast + Digital Marketing products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person client meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling. You will cultivate existing business using our full suite of products, collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver data‑driven sales presentations that meet client expectations.
Qualifications

Self‑motivated go‑getter attitude
Excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills
Persuasive communication; goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive
Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead‑generation outreach
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred)
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
Strong problem‑solving skills that drive business growth
Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required
Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, audio advertising background a plus
Well‑connected in the market

Base salary range: $28,000 – $35,000 (determined by experience and market data)
