The company works with a wide network of suppliers to source, customize, and deliver high quality promotional items tailored to client needs. With a focus on customer service and reliable order fulfillment, SMR Promotions supports organizations of all sizes with their branding initiatives. We are seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Account Manager to support client relationships and oversee promotional product orders from concept through delivery. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their branding needs, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple orders in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong working relationships
Understand client branding goals and recommend appropriate promotional products and solutions
Prepare and present product options, quotes, and timelines to clients
Coordinate order processing including artwork approvals, production timelines, and delivery schedules
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to source products and confirm order details
Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure accurate logo placement and product customization
Track order progress and proactively update clients on status, changes, or delays
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout each project
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with CRM systems and order management tools is preferred
Ability to review digital proofs and collaborate on basic design adjustments
Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and standard communication tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team environment
