We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join a growing division. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with strong experience in transportation and logistics services, particularly within domestic and third-party logistics services (3PL) environments. This position is designed as a leadership-track opportunity for a high-performing individual who demonstrates strong business development capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to contribute beyond individual sales production. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role based on performance and demonstrated management potential, while leveraging deep knowledge of the Puerto Rico logistics market and established relationships within the region. Salary - $90,000/year.

Duties:
Identify, target, and pursue potential customers and key decision-makers within the Puerto Rico market, developing and executing territory growth strategies
Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and preparing sales presentations to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Build, manage, and maintain long-term customer relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools and support daily commercial operations
Represent full range of logistics solutions supporting customers in the Puerto Rico market
Contribute to the development of sales processes, territory expansion strategies, and team performance standards
Demonstrate leadership capabilities by supporting onboarding, mentoring, coaching initiatives, and contributing to team development efforts
Position Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
5+ years of experience in domestic logistics and/or third-party logistics (3PL) sales within the Puerto Rico market, with a strong understanding of the local logistics landscape and customer base
Proven experience managing and/or leading sales professionals, including coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance
Experience supporting international freight, LCL, and multimodal services within the Puerto Rico market is a plus
Strong knowledge of logistics operations preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent related experience
Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $43.27 - $43.27 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
