Responsibilities
PrimaryResponsibilitiesinclude:
- Strategicplanningandimplementationofnewtechnologies.Craftsstrategicplaninconcertwiththeleadershipteam.Setsgoalsandprovidesinputforlong-termplanning.
- InternalITBusinessSystemsandapplicationsmaintenanceandsupport.
- Responsibleforbudgeting,planning,implementation,andmanagementofmultipledatacentersandremotebranchoffices.
- Maintenanceandoperationalstabilityfortheorganization’sonlineProductPortfolio,strategicplanningandimplementationofnewtechnologies,andqualityassuranceforallaspectsofthesesystems.
- Staff,contractor,andconsultantshiring,development,andtraining
- Preparesannualbudget,setspolicy,andreviewsperformanceforalldepartmentstaff.
- EmbraceITIL,andITSMframeworkstoprovidemeasurementalongwithreportingofavailabilitytoachieve99.9%uptimefordatacenterresources.
- AchieveandmaintainISO2700xcertificationfordatacenterandbusinessoperations.
Qualifications
Education:
- MastersDegreeinComputerScienceand/orBusinessManagementwithanemphasisonComputerSciences.(Managerial/professionalworkexperiencemaybesubstitutedforanadvanceddegree.)
- Formaleducation,certificateprogramsencompassingManagerialPractices,PersonnelManagement,ITProjectPlanning,andQualityAssurancePractices.
Experience:
Minimumof10yearsofinformationtechnologyand/orsoftwareengineeringexperience.Fifteenormorearepreferred.7yearsofmanagementexperience.

This is a full-time, in-office role located at our San Diego headquarters: 16067 Babcock Street, San Diego, CA 92127
The expected hiring range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for bonuses, benefits, and other company-sponsored programs.
