We are focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.Position DescriptionResponsible for leading the Sales Department to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability for Hotel Viata and the PHG Collection. Provides strategic direction, coaching, and leadership to the sales team while developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives. Oversees forecasting, budgeting, account development, and team performance to ensure consistent achievement of individual and team goals.
