About the Role


The Company is seeking a Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Communications, and Marketing to play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's philanthropic support, community engagement, and long-term sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership in these areas, ensuring that all activities are in alignment with the institution's mission and strategic goals. This includes developing and championing a comprehensive institutional advancement vision, leading the implementation of advancement strategies, and cultivating relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The VP will also oversee the Communications and Marketing departments, directing strategies to enhance the institution's reputation, support enrollment and student success initiatives, and promote institutional achievements.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master's degree in a related field, with a preference for a Doctorate, and a minimum of 10 years' of full-time experience in higher education. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in high-stakes leadership, including crisis management, and a comprehensive knowledge of institutional advancement, communications, and marketing within a complex educational setting. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee operational effectiveness, as well as excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
