Providing exceptional support to customers, the full-time Remote Customer Experience Specialist will assist with reservations, resolve inquiries, and deliver personalized solutions in a remote environment focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Assist customers with new and existing reservations through phone and email support
Research and resolve reservation, billing, and service-related inquiries
Provide white-glove service to corporate, VIP, and high-value customers
Required qualifications
2+ years of call center-type customer service experience
Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Previous work-from-home experience preferred
