Job Description

Full-Time, Hybrid Role

Location: 20-30 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109 or 10 Optical Ave, Keene, NH 03431

You will contribute by:

Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive audience engagement across multiple channels, including but not limited to social media, digital marketing, shopper marketing, promotions, experiential marketing, and paid media.

Collaborating cross‑functionally to ensure brand consistency and tracking performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Tracking program deliverables and timelines to ensure all marketing activities are executed as planned.

We're searching for candidates with:

Strong project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.

The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

2‑5 years of brand marketing experience preferred.

Environment:

Office: Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
