Best Home Furnishing is currently seeking a qualified individual for our Sales and Marketing Coordinator for our team at our Ferdinand Indiana Location.
Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator Reports to: VP‑Sales and Marketing
Job Summary Coordinates all aspects associated with sales administration.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Handles the planning and scheduling of all sales related events, which includes, but not limited to furniture markets, national sales meetings, and department meetings
Serves as central contact point for sales management and field sales representation
Creates weekly and monthly sales reports
Assists sales representatives with questions.
Assists all team members in the sales and marketing department.
Fosters an environment of trust & respect with peers, leaders, and customers.
Assists in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
Available for limited travel
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and Qualifications Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail
MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams) proficiency
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently
Possess excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work within a team environment both internally and externally
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Exhibit highly professional demeanor
Education or Experience Required High school or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales/marketing
