We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to help us make that happen.
About the Role
pov beauty is looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and people‑first Marketing & Operations Coordinator to be the connective tissue of our growing LA team. This role sits at the intersection of office operations and marketing support, making you one of the first faces of the brand for anyone who walks through our doors and a key partner behind the scenes for our marketing team.
This is a true “wear many hats” role at a fast‑moving startup. One day you're managing office logistics and vendor relationships; the next you're supporting a product launch or coordinating content needs. If you thrive on variety, take pride in keeping things running smoothly, and want to grow inside a high‑momentum beauty brand, this role was built for you.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Creative Team Support
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the marketing and creative teams, helping the department run efficiently as the brand scales.
Coordinate logistics for content shoots, campaign productions, and creator/influencer activations — including scheduling, vendor communication, location bookings, and on‑site support as needed.
Track marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and creative deliverable deadlines; flag conflicts or delays to keep projects on schedule.
Manage sample and product coordination for shoots, PR sends, gifting, and influencer mailings — including pulling, organizing, shipping and tracking.
Support the team with deck building, presentation formatting, and document prep for internal reviews, brand partner meetings, and retailer presentations.
Liaise with external creative partners, agencies, and freelancers on scheduling, contracts, and asset delivery to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain organized shared drives and asset libraries so creative files, brand materials and campaign assets are easy to find and consistently filed.
Help coordinate team travel, event logistics and trade show or market week needs for the marketing and creative team.
Office and Administrative Operations
Oversee day‑to‑day office logistics, maintaining a professional, highly functional, and organized environment.
Manage office vendors, building management, incoming deliveries, IT/equipment needs and office supply tracking.
Organize and track incoming product samples, PR mailings and office inventory to keep the space uncluttered and functional.
Support leadership and HR with the operational logistics of onsite meetings, all‑hands gatherings, and new hire onboarding.
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks in the office and implement tracking systems or tools to save the team time.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in an operations, office management, marketing coordinator, or similar hybrid role.
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Comfortable being a consistent onsite presence and serving as the face of the office on a daily basis.
Self‑starter with a high ownership mindset and genuine comfort operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interface professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Preferred
Experience in beauty, CPG, e‑commerce or a consumer startup.
Exposure to marketing workflows, content production, or influencer/PR operations.
Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, etc.) and Google Workspace.
20 Days of PTO + 9 Holidays + 5 sick days.
100% of Medical, Dental & Vision paid for employees.
