We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to promote and sell Clarks footwear across North Germany. The ideal candidate will live in central Germany. Responsible for managing and developing wholesale accounts across the region, driving seasonal order books, in-season trading opportunities and supporting the continued growth of the Clarks brand in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with retail partners, department stores, and independent footwear retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in his area.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and seasonal collection launches for retail staff.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for strategic planning.
Ensure brand standards and merchandising guidelines are upheld in partner stores.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local promotional campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and update the CRM system.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the footwear, fashion, or retail industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across the region.
Familiarity with the North German retail market and existing industry connections are a plus.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
