Business & Brand Responsibilities (NIVEA Lip & Universal Creams)
Help shape & deliver innovation : Support development of the innovation pipeline grounded in consumer, market, and competitive insights; lead local product initiatives (e.g., holiday packs, bundles) end-to-end.
Drive launch and activation excellence : Execute new product launches and annual marketing plans—owning go-to-market readiness (eCommerce, retail, PR, digital/social), while ensuring strong alignment to brand strategy.
Own business performance : Lead monthly performance analysis, translating data into clear insights on key drivers, risks, and growth opportunities, including competitive dynamics.
Manage forecasting & planning : Maintain and optimize SISO (sell‑in/sell‑out) forecasts in close partnership with Sales and Finance.
Steward financial performance : Manage the brand P&L budget, including annual planning, tracking, and ongoing optimization of spend.
Skincare Team Support
Brand organic presence : Lead organic social execution across owned channels, ensuring consistent, on‑brand storytelling.
Drive trial & conversion : Manage and optimize consumer and shopper sampling programs.
Lead ratings & reviews programs
for innovation to boost credibility and conversion.
Own PIM (Product Information Management) & DAM (Digital Asset Management) : localize global assets, adapt product content for U.S. relevance, and maintain accuracy of media and product details.
Scale emerging channels : Support TikTok Shop growth, including creator briefs and ongoing performance optimization.
Your Profile
2-4 years of experience, ideally in brand management on consumer products.
More data driven background (i.e. Nielsen/IRI), with a passion for brands could be considered.
Strong analytical skills is a must.
Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to manage social media marketing campaigns.
Experience in Skincare, Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus.
Background in Business Administration, MBA a plus.
Experience in Food, Drug or Mass channels of distribution a must. Experience with Amazon and E‑comm channels a plus.
Solid experience with Nielsen Database and/or IRI Circana is a must.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, execution‑driven Associate Brand Manager who will play a critical role in delivering annual brand plans and shaping the future innovation pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this individual will partner cross‑functionally to drive business performance, support product launches, and build meaningful consumer experiences across touchpoints.
