Job Summary
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role plays a key part in driving our brand presence across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on social media strategy, content execution, and campaign quality assurance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership of projects from start to finish - whether that's building engaging posts, double-checking details before campaigns launch, or coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You’ll balance creativity with precision, ensuring that every campaign not only looks great but also meets deadlines, follows brand standards, and delivers results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution

Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, radio, and social channels

Maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met

Coordinate deliverables with internal departments (HVAC, Plumbing, Restoration, etc.)

Support sponsorship activations and seasonal promotions (e.g., sports partnerships, community events)

Content & Creative Support

Write and proof content for email, blog posts, landing pages, flyers, and social media

Collect, organize, and update technician bios, testimonials, and image libraries

Support video and photo shoots by scheduling, organizing assets, and preparing shoot briefs

Create light design work in Canva or Adobe Express for internal flyers, social posts, and technician handouts

Reporting & Administrative Tasks

Pull basic reports from Google Ads, ServiceTitan, and other platforms to support campaign recaps

Track and organize campaign results, press mentions, and marketing materialsHelp maintain budget spreadsheets and vendor invoice records

Keep marketing folders, brand assets, and historical files well-organized

Digital & Social Media Assistance

Schedule and post content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Monitor comments and flag for internal review when needed

Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

Assist with concepting and executing short-form content and reels

Paid and organic social media

Email & Direct Mail Marketing

Build and QA emails in ServiceTitan and/or third-party platforms

Segment and manage contact lists based on campaign goals

Assist with execution of direct mail campaigns (postcard edits, printer coordination, USPS EDDM submissions)

Community & Reputation Engagement (Future Scope)

Support growth of community engagement strategies on platforms like Reddit, Nextdoor, and Facebook Groups

Help identify local community threads or events for brand participation

Vendor Support & Coordination

Track vendor deliverables and deadlines (media, swag, printers, sponsorships)

Support communication and organization for ongoing vendor projects

Assist with vendor coordination as the role evolves

Minimum Qualifications

1-3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience (agency or in-house)

Experience working in a CRM. ServiceTitan is a huge plus. We also value experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, or field-service tools such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge, or Workiz.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation (paid and organic)

Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; experience with ServiceTitan a plus

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines

Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs

Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner)

Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds
