Little Acorn ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA)

to join our dynamic team of professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and implementation of behavioral programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work part-time and full-time, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of BCBA staff : Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral programs.

Develop and implement behavioral plans : Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Conduct assessments and evaluations : Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress.

Maintain accurate records and reports : Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Participate in staff training and professional development : Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field : Completed coursework in ABA, as well as demonstrated competence in ABA principles and practices.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification : Must hold current BCBA certification, with eligibility for Ohio licensure.

Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA : Proven experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.

Excellent communication and organizational skills : Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
