The AWS Search team seeks a Marketing Specialist to support the global paid search program. The Paid Search Specialist delivers results by applying paid search best practices, leveraging data analysis to identify opportunities, simplifying processes, and innovating for long‑term results. The role drives acquisition, promotes new services, generates leads, and creates customer‑centric search experiences.
Key job responsibilities
Contribute to day‑to‑day Managed Paid Search campaigns through tactical execution and account maintenance.
Maintain account health and executional excellence by identifying opportunities to build or improve operational mechanisms.
Drive acquisition, adoption, lead generation, and create unique customer experiences within a search expert group.
Design and test ad copy and landing page experiences to improve the customer experience.
Answer business questions and inform decisions by diving deep into data to surface insights and make recommendations to optimize performance.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Challenge the status quo and push for the best customer experience.
Prioritize long‑term results over short‑term gains and insist on the highest standards.
Question assumptions and strive for continuous improvement in campaigns and customer experiences.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management.
Experience in e‑commerce, start‑ups, advertising, or commercial media.
Experience using data visualization tools.
