Marketing Assistant Manager

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Moore Water & Air is a water filtration and air purification company serving customers throughout eastern North Carolina. Through our water awareness program and teaming up with one of the largest home improvement stores in our area, we provide water tests to homeowners and offer solutions as needed.

We are looking for an individual to assist the Marketing Manager during the day to day management and overseeing of our marketing team. The right candidate must be a team player and works well with others.

Job Responsibilities

Outside lead programs, sometimes in conjunction with Home Depot Home Services.

Interviewing and hiring employees for the call center and outside lead programs.

Training appointment setters for the call center.

Possibility of traveling to our vendors for onsite training and meetings for our outside lead programs. (No further than an hour's distance from the Office)

Maintain good relationships/communication with our vendors.

Work side by side with the Marketing Manager to monitor and improve call center functions. This includes improving scripts, objection handling and other tools as needed.

Evaluate performance of Call Center Appointment Setters and work side by side with Marketing Manager on how to improve performance.

Evaluate and improve performance of outside lead generators & lead programs.

Prepare reports for different departments or upper management (LADSI).

Manage and maintain incoming material for call center. This is done through our outside lead generators & programs.

Tracking all marketing functions.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Proficient computer skills.

Proficient in MS Office and able to learn Our CRM for reporting.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability.

Must have confidence in your abilities.

Must have driven to succeed and help others succeed.

Hours

Monday-Friday 2:30pm-9pm

Saturday 9:30am-12:30pm

Pay

$15-16/hr + commission
