Position Summary
The Jr. Graphic Designer contributes to the visual excellence of Pharmavite brands in specified channels (print, digital, collateral, etc.) by supporting Sr. Designers. This person will design content on a project basis using guidelines set by Sr. Designers, and creates overall design experiences from concept to completion, ensuring consumer engagement and driving revenue.
Responsibilities
- Support the design team in creating visual assets across digital, print, and social channels.
- Assist with layout, production, and execution of design projects based on established brand guidelines.
- Make revisions and updates based on feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
- Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies—including AI tools—to drive efficiency in asset creation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1‑2 years professional or internship experience in design.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficiency on Mac with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with AI tools like Adobe enhancements; basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy; strong attention to detail; willingness to learn; ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly; strong organizational and time‑management skills; portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills and creative thinking.
Benefits
- National Target Base Pay Range: $53,000‑$88,000. For California and New York metro, $59,000‑$98,000.
