Program Manager

to support a company focused on delivering mission‑critical cybersecurity and AI initiatives within the National Security space. This position is

on‑site

at

Arlington, VA . The

Program Manager

will drive coordination, operational execution, and executive‑level communication across high‑priority DoD cybersecurity programs. Join a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment where your work directly impacts national security decision‑making.

Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:
Support executive leadership by serving as a key advisor to the AI Cybersecurity Office, enabling informed, timely decisions
Oversee program operations, aligning daily tasks, priorities, and deliverables with government objectives
Track action items, risks, milestones, and dependencies across RMF and cybersecurity workstreams
Coordinate communication across multiple organizations and leadership levels to ensure alignment and clarity
Develop executive‑level materials including reports, briefings, quad charts, and summaries

Required Qualifications for the Program Manager include:
10+ years of experience providing executive‑level support, program planning, or advisory services within the DoD or federal environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for executive briefings
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to manage competing priorities
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Active Secret clearance required

Compensation for the Program Manager include:
Salary Range: $130,000 – $165,000 depending on experience
