Business Development Manager

Job Description: Spearhead em-trak’s strategic expansion across the U.S. and broader Americas.
Optimize distributor performance and develop collaborative growth plans.
Map and qualify dealer networks and identify high-potential partners.
Develop tailored strategies for high-value verticals and support OEM and integrator relationships.
Represent em-trak at regional industry events to enhance brand credibility.
Requirements: Exceptional business development or regional sales within marine electronics or related technical sectors.
Proven success in distributor-led markets and dealer network development.
Experience collaborating with manufacturers’ reps.
Strong commercial acumen with technical literacy to engage with OEMs, installers, and integrators.
Marine electronics experience is highly advantageous.
