Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial & Digital Marketing owns PNY’s digital marketing ecosystem and commercial marketing execution across web platforms, brand, demand generation, and go-to-market initiatives.
This role serves as the strategic and operational hub across Creative, Product Management, Sales, and Channel teams, ensuring that PNY’s messaging, platforms, and launches are unified, compliant, and commercially impactful. The position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across digital infrastructure, campaigns, and cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platforms & Marketing Infrastructure
Own and optimize core marketing platforms, including company website, Partner Portal, CMS, Email Service Provider (ESP), CRM, and SharePoint
Establish governance, structure, and best practices to ensure web compliance, UX/UI excellence, scalability, and performance optimization
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into digital execution and roadmap prioritization
Drive SEO strategy, lead generation initiatives, and ongoing digital performance optimization
Lead the evolution and stewardship of PNY’s brand identity across all digital and physical touchpoints
Provide strategic direction to Creative and Web teams across design, copy, video, and digital content
Oversee development and execution of marketing communications across campaigns, product initiatives, and brand programs
Translate complex technical and product concepts into clear, compelling commercial messaging
Go‑to‑Market & Product Marketing Alignment
Serve as the primary marketing partner to Product Management, aligning messaging, positioning, and launch execution
Lead go‑to‑market planning and execution across categories including Data Center, Networking, AI Factory, RTX Pro, and Commercial Solutions
Provide marketing leadership and strategic alignment to Product Managers to ensure successful product positioning and launch outcomes
Ensure launches are supported by strong digital presence, coordinated communications, and sales enablement materials
Campaigns, Advertising & Demand Generation
Own annual and quarterly advertising strategy aligned to business priorities and measurable ROI
Lead campaign planning and execution across digital, email, and integrated marketing channels
Direct email marketing strategy via ESPs, including segmentation, targeting, and performance optimization
Leverage analytics and reporting to refine strategy and improve outcomes
Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns, SEO, and digital marketing programs
Events & Commercial Marketing Execution
Oversee all company events, including trade shows, partner events, and internal commercial initiatives
Ensure seamless planning and execution aligned with broader marketing and brand strategy
Deliver events that drive measurable business impact across partners, customers, and sales teams
Support and drive distribution of marketing materials across Authorized Partners, Resellers, Distributors, and End Users
Ensure consistency of messaging and execution across all channel‑facing materials
Enable partner success through aligned marketing assets, communications, and programs
Leadership, Budget & Cross‑Functional Partnership
Lead and develop senior marketing talent and cross‑functional contributors, fostering accountability and high standards of execution
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined spend and measurable ROI
Partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Commercial Operations to align priorities and execution
Drive collaboration across teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
Proven ownership of digital platforms, including CMS, CRM, ESPs, and web infrastructure
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, brand governance, and digital best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environmentsExperience managing marketing budgets with accountability for ROI
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with executive‑level communication capability
Experience partnering with or leading Creative, Web, and Product Marketing teams
Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
COMPENSATION:
The base salary range for this position is $180,000- $200,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
