What You'll Do
- Own and maintain a rolling editorial calendar with platform-specific content strategies.
- Develop and execute social media strategies for campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Build and enforce social media policies and governance frameworks in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
- Lead social listening, competitive monitoring, and employee advocacy programs.
- Create platform-native content independently, including graphics, short-form video, and copy.
- Manage agile, real-time posting for breaking news and events, and operate Sprout Social end-to-end.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs, connecting social performance to pipeline and business outcomes.
- Run A/B tests on content formats and posting times to continuously optimize performance.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of hands-on social media management experience.
- At least 2 years in a B2B, healthcare, health tech, or regulated industry environment.
- Proven track record of growing engagement and connecting social activity to lead generation or pipeline outcomes.
- Deep, native knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Expert-level proficiency in Sprout Social, including publishing, inbox management, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with a DAM platform (Bynder strongly preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva at minimum; Adobe Creative Suite a strong plus) and video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools and Google Analytics/UTM parameters.
- Experience working in a project management platform such as Monday.com.
- Exceptional editorial judgment, strong written communication, and data fluency.
- High accountability and comfort navigating complexity in a regulated, high-stakes environment.
