Corporate Solicitor

to join their team in

Hampshire .

Job Description
Provide advice to clients on business structures, company formations, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate restructurings; draft relevant legal documentation such as articles of association, shareholders' agreements and more; provide succession planning advice as well as returns of value; win new work through business development.

The Successful Candidate

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE (candidates outside of this will be considered, particularly with strong pre-qualification experience).

Prior knowledge and experience of all areas of company law.

Commercially-minded.

Excellent communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
