Senior Marketing Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team located in Adairsville, GA. This is an on‑site position with a flooring company.
Job Purpose
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be integral in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for the Company’s flooring brands. Your role will involve enhancing brand visibility, expanding market share, and increasing customer awareness through multi‑channel marketing efforts. This position requires a strategic, creative thinker who can lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the unique identity of the Company’s flooring brands within a cohesive brand strategy.
Digital Marketing: Manage all digital marketing activities, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and emerging platforms.
Project Management: Lead and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget requirements.
Sales Support: Develop and distribute sales tools, marketing materials, and samples to support the national sales team, retail customers, and consumers.
Cross‑Functional Communication: Facilitate communication of marketing initiatives across various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Customer Focus: Promote a customer‑centric approach in all marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences.
Product Management: Align product, channel, and marketing strategies, guiding the development of product requirements.
Trend Analysis: Monitor and apply global trends in design, technology, and industry advancements to marketing strategies.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and consistent product marketing data across internal and third‑party platforms.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to foster creativity and high performance.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, PR and advertising agencies, and coordinate national and regional trade shows.
Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of marketing budgets to optimize resource use and achieve strategic goals.
Market Opportunity: Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Sales to identify and scale market opportunities, developing strategies for growth.
