About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Search Delivery Consultant to support the delivery of senior leadership searches. The role focuses on identifying and engaging executive-level talent and managing candidates throughout the full search process.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage senior leadership talent

Support retained executive search engagements

Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle

Conduct market mapping and talent research

Work closely with partners and clients to deliver searches

Required Skills

Minimum 3+ years executive search experience

Technology executive search experience is required

Deep tech exposure is ideal

Experience recruiting within VC and PE-backed companies

Strong sourcing and candidate management skills

Location

Although this is a remote position, we are looking for someone preferably in California, but also open to candidates in Nevada and Arizona.
