BaseSalary:

$50,000 annually DOE
Performance-BasedSalary Advancement:

Eligible for asalary increase up to $60,000annually within six months,contingent upon successful completion oftraining andachievement of defined performance goals.
Commission:

Target commission of $40,000 annually.

Job Summary
TheBusiness Sales Account Executive is a unique andexciting roleresponsible for generating sales in Ziply Fiber'sservice areas tothe small and medium business community. Thisincludes salescampaigns through door-to-door efforts,networking, localpartnerships, and community-basedevents.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
TheEssential Duties and Responsibilities listed below area range ofduties performed by the employee and not intended toreflect allduties performed.

Successfullycomplete the Ziply Fiber New-hire Sales Training.
Callupon a high number of businesses, both in-person and throughemailor phone, as directed by Ziply Sales Leadership andpresent ZiplyFiber's Internet and phone services asdirected by Ziply Sales Leadership.
Followthe sales process outlined in Ziply Fiber's New-hire training,including but not limited to, daily door knocking in designatedbusiness communities as set forth by the sales manager,followingprospects via phone calls and emailsresulting in closing one newcustomer each day.
Participatein various events within an assigned territory, to get customerstosign-up for Ziply Fiber services.
Traveloutside assigned territory to participate in team-wide salesevents,up to 25% of working days.
Activeinvolvement in Chambers of Commerce and other localorganizations.
Participatein e-learning, classroom sales training, and associatedcurriculumin tandem with Sales Trainer.
Meetand exceed monthly sales performance expectations.
Performfinancial responsibilities to include operational expensetracking,processing mileage reimbursements, logging eventexpenses, andothers in a timely manner.
Monitorindustry developments (technical, regulatory, and otherwise) andapply critical thinking for strategic and customer impactanalysis.
Performsother duties as required to support the business and evolvingorganization.
Required Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or GED.
Excellentcommunications and interpersonal skills with an aptitude tocommunicate complex solutions in a professional businesssetting.
Demonstratedexperience working with people in a variety of settings thatrequired use of interpersonal skills (e.g., customer service,retailor service industry jobs, school teams, orclubs).
Mustbe enthusiastic, persuasive, and resilient-able to handlerejectionand maintain a positive attitude throughout thesales process.
Mustbe self-motivated and competitive, with a strong personal drivetoachieve goals.
Mustbe committed to providing exceptional customer service in acalm,professional manner.
Musthave access to reliable transportation.
Mustbe willing to travel outside of the immediate area up to 25% ofworking days.
Mustbe able to pass local community background checks and permittingprocesses.
Musthave and maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, andsatisfactory driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor'sdegree in business, marketing, communications, or a relatedfieldpreferred; recent college graduates are stronglyencouraged to apply.
Salesexperience-Ziply Fiber provides comprehensive training to equipnewhires with the skills needed to succeed.

Work Environment
Workis performed in an office setting with exposure tocomputer screensand requires extensive use of a computer,keyboard, mouse, andmulti-line telephone system. The work isprimarily a modern office setting.
