Description

Responsibilities include:
Establishment, development, and maintenance of client relationships.
High-level client relationship establishment through technical and business skills.
Unity behind team/agency decisions.
Objectives/priorities establishment for client initiatives.
Service tools implementation and adoption management.
Understanding of client processes and technology product requirements.
Client product line understanding and inventory maintenance.
Strategic, creative, and media alternative viewpoints development.
Project management to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
New product launch management.
Client personnel and third-party intermediary interfacing.
Solution promotion ahead of issues.
Client trend analysis and value provision.
Operational documentation and procedure changes recommendation.
Client quarterly business review hosting.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Job Specifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related fields or equivalent education and experience.
At least 5 years in account management or warehousing in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent computer skills.
Good mathematical ability, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate critical thinking, quick learning ability, fast-paced environment interest, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and effective relationship building.
Technical Expertise

ERP system navigation – Tecsys Elite, Cognos.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot Tables), Access, PowerPoint, Word.
Warehouse or supply chain environment experience.
Supply chain transportation understanding.
Invoicing and Client performance analytics completion and tracking.
Professional phone etiquette.
Advanced public speaking and presentation skills.
Clear and professional diction in English.
Additional Employment Requirements

Must pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen).
Must be able to travel up to 25%.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical/Mental/Visual Demands

Light to medium work with frequent walking.
Clear communication with shippers and employees.
Working Conditions

Typical office environment.
Equipment Operated

Laptop computer, cell phone, fax machine, copier, and desk phone.
Systems: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Tecsys Elite (Warehouse Management System).
